  “The buffaloes on the way to Veal Veng caught my attention. I imagined how glamorous they felt standing on the moonlit hills under the starry, partly cloudy sky enveloped in a cool breeze. We slept on the mountain side, which made it possible for me to see the lights in the houses of the locals. It is indeed a beautiful little town. That memory inspired me to create this painting; reminding me of my good feelings there.”
